Rolling motion is not reset when patch shape changes (tape or type). [CEV-5051]
When applying the parallel offset on closed curves, the orientation of the master curve and the slave curves might be in opposite directions. To overcome this issue, simply select the master curve and reverse it. [CEV-3291]

Overlap analysis [CEV-4155]
The overlap analysis feature enables checking whether a given surface is completely covered with patches, including settings for minimal overlap.
Note: this is still a beta feature; use with caution. Also, we are currently still working on the documentation for the feature.
Curve algorithm renaming [CEV-4792, CEV-4509]
We added more and more curve creation algorithms to the layers and reached a point where the current naming scheme was becoming confusing. For this reason, we decided to give more meaningful names to the algorithms and to distinguish base algorithms and variants:
- Base algorithms are: "continuous projection" (previously "by direction"), "geodesic", and "plane intersection".
- Variants are: "projected system-x-axis" (previously the default algorithm), "tangent of master curve" (previously the "relative" algorithms), and "unmodified system x-axis" (previously "by external plane").

Extra separate placement contact points [CEV-4797, CEV-4799, CEV-4803, CEV-1534, CEV-4968]
This feature, also known as "post-placement push-in", enables advanced movements for patch deposition by allowing more than a single contact point between the gripper and surface per patch.
Limitations:
- Currently supported only for systems with 6-axis picker and 6-axis positioner.
- Currently only for datasets generated "by positioner position".
The data patch properties—touch time and target/retraction acceleration/speed—are now editable directly from property entries. [CEV-4975, CEV-4976]

Enforce stricter collision checks [CEV-4989, CEV-4897]
- Check collisions between gripper (picker tool) and the feeding and cutting unit (FCU).
- Check for collisions between the gripper and the tool between the approach and correction positions.
  Note: for old files with a default correction value of 10 mm from the tool, new collisions may be detected.

Multi-level freezing of FPP files [CEV-3901, CEV-3902, CEV-3904, CEV-3905, CEV-4067]
Freezing ensures that modifications to design or manufacturing data will never go unnoticed. Freezing can currently be performed for the CAD model, the laminate, and the machine data; when frozen, no modifications of frozen entities are possible. Items can always be unfrozen, but every change is logged to the file history, increasing a version counter. This makes it easy to spot changes and also to compare the status of two FPP files with common version history.
Note: All scripting functions are blocked when freezing is active (for now).
In the GUI, show coordinate systems always with the full name. [CEV-4757]
