• [CEV-4070] Crash: Loading file with chains/patches but deleted curves. Also: the same when restoring snapshots in this situation

• [CEV-3291] When applying the parallel offset on closed curves, the orientation of the master curve and the slave curves might be in opposite directions. To overcome this issue, simply select the master curve and reverse it.
